    Please note: Due to the custom nature of each piece I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please select carefully. If your item arrives damaged, a replacement or refund will be issued.

  • Free standard shipping on all Australian domestic orders. All order will be shipped within 5 business days. I will endeavour to ship each order as soon as possible, but please be aware that I am currently in hospital. All orders are sent via Australia Post, so please see the Australia Post website for approximate delivery timeframes. Information about Christmas cut-off dates for delivery can be found here. Please note that I cannot guarantee that your order will arrive prior to Christmas day.

    Express Delivery is an additional $6.
    International Delivery is a flat rate of $25 AUD.

    I do not take responsibility if you have incorrectly entered your shipping details, so please triple check prior to ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order.

    All packages are prepared with lots of love and a whole lot of care, but sometimes they can have a rough journey to you. If this happens, please take photos of the item ordered, the packaging, and how it was delivered. You can seek compensation through Australia Post here, or email hello@lignestudio.co with the images so I can look into it for you.

  • Each bauble has been hand-painted by myself over the last few weeks whilst I’ve been spending time looking after my mental health in hospital. The process of painting each one has been largely cathartic and has given me a purpose during a time where my depression had made me feel purposeless. I truely appreciate you supporting me and my art during this time.

  • Please ensure care is taken when unboxing your ornament as it is fragile in nature. Due to the semi-matte finish, avoid contact with hard surfaces as this may cause the paint to scratch or chip. When not on display, store in a dark and dry place away from any direct light or moisture, avoiding rough surfaces where possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on lighting. To clean, use a soft cloth to gently wipe away dust.
